1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use Anubis City (the “Game”) and this website, made by HorusGames (“we”). By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use social casino games where you live. You are responsible for checking your local rules.
3. Debens, ankhs and other virtual items
- Debens, ankhs and any other virtual items are licensed to you for use in the Game only. They are not your property and have no monetary value.
- They cannot be redeemed, cashed out, sold, transferred outside the Game or exchanged for money, goods or prizes.
- We may change how virtual items work, and balances may be reset when the Game is updated, for example after a test period.
4. Fair play
- Do not cheat, use bots or exploit bugs, and do not collude with other players at the tables.
- Do not create multiple characters to collect free debens or gifts.
- We may suspend or remove characters that break these rules.
5. Behaviour in the city
Be respectful. Do not post insults, hate speech, spam, advertising or other people’s personal data. Your name and chat messages must follow these rules; we may filter, hide or remove them.
6. The Game as it is
The Game is in active development and is provided “as is”. Features may change, appear or disappear, and the Game may be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Game.
